Located in Candidasa, a small village steeped in tradition and Balinese culture, The Seed is a unique community space seamlessly blending luxury accommodation and sustainable design. Pulau was initially approached by the founder to curate and execute food & beverage operations and develop an ‘on brand’ guest experience. In addition, we managed the set-up of an on-site mini permaculture garden in collaboration with Island Organics. Applying our experience of branding, team building, and menu execution, we brought the project to life and are currently delivering creative direction to support the grand opening event in 2023.
