The concept we created for Yuki was designed to compliment the Island lifestyle, “A sunset-dinner venue in a casual-elegant setting ”

 

For the cuisine we brought to life our vision for a modern representation of the Japanese Izakaya Kitchen, with a menu that paid respect to the traditional techniques, flavours and high quality produce. Similarly with the beverage selection, we carefully curated a unique and memorable menu to compliment every aspect of the experience.

 

From the superlative yet minimalist interiors (designed by Kosame) to the menu that embraces both wood-fire meats alongside innovative plant-based sushi (by Chef Consultant Dommy Hammond), the Yuki experience has been wildly popular with critical acclaim.
